Protecting your data, privacy and financial details is very important to Stitcht Limited (“Stitcht”, “us” or “we”).

By using the Stitcht Service which includes both the website, www.stitcht.io (“Website”) and our mobile app (collectively, “Stitcht”), you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect and how we use it
In order to provide you with our Services, we collect certain information from you when you register and interact with our Services. Name and email address — you provide this information to us if you sign up to our mailing list. We use this information to contact you and personalise the content of our messages.
Correspondence and communications — any other information you choose to share with us via correspondence, including but not limited to email, support requests, post or social media. We use this information to understand your correspondence and respond to your enquiries.
Via our Mobile applications and the Third Party Services associated with it:
Application Data — All application data (that is the data you create and add to Stitcht) may be stored locally on your devices and, Firebase. This data is never shared with any other services or people unless you explicitly choose to do so through the sharing options available in Stitcht.
Name and email address — you provide your name and email address when you sign up to Stitcht. We use this to create your account. Your email address uniquely identifies your account.
Facebook public profile, email address and friend list — should you decide to sign up to Stitcht using your Facebook account, we require access to your Facebook name and email address to create your Stitcht account. We also ask for access to your Friends list so that you can easily find friends you know on Facebook who also have a Stitcht account and who you may wish to interact with on Stitcht.
Phone contacts — we ask to access your phone contacts so that you can send invitations to friends who are not yet using Stitcht. We integrate with your email client and SMS to enable you to send your invitations to Stitcht to your chosen friends.
Videos — we ask to access your photo library to allow you to save Stitcht videos to your phone.
Camera & microphone — we ask to access your camera and microphone for the purpose of being able to record videos and accompanying audio.
Metadata — when collecting information from external sources as well as your device we may also store metadata, such as time and location information, associated with the data. We use metadata to organise and search your data.

Usage Information — we collect certain information when you use our Services, including information about your interaction with the Services, including the actions you take on the Services; and device information, such as unique device identifiers, operating system information, service provider, IP address, screen resolution, browser type, language, referring site, approximate location (city level) and the date and time of each visitor request.
Location — for the purposes of analytical information we will collect location information if you provide it to us or based on, for example, your IP address, to provide anonymous analytical information on the geographical distribution (city level) of our visitors around the world.
Cookies — we may also collect certain information through the use of “cookies”. Cookies are small files that your browser places on your computer. We may use session cookies, persistent cookies, and other tracking technologies to better understand how you interact with our Services, to monitor usage by our users and web traffic routing on our Services, and to improve our Services. Information we share and who we share it with
We only share your data with Third Parties involved in delivering the Stitcht service. We collect your information for the following purposes:
Usage information — Apple Analytics and Firebase Analytics
Facebook information — Facebook SDK is used to allow enhance the user sign up/sign in process and to cross reference your friends list with any other Facebook users on our platform
Our interests in this information
We collect this information on a Legitimate Interest basis.
In the interest of assuring all users of the identity of a person they are interacting with we capture their first and last name.
Users of Stitcht invite their friends to interact with them and follow other users on the platform. To enable our users to easily identify who they're interacting with, the first and last name are required.
In the interest of informing our users of changes to the service we capture and use their email address.

Third Party Services
In addition to the Services we provide directly, we also use third party service providers (collectively referred to as “Third Party Services”) who operate their own Privacy Policies (listed below) and may also provide options to 'opt-out' of data collection. As a company, we trust all the Third Party Services we use and deem their services important for our effective operation.
So you can find out more about the services we use, and in turn those you may use, whilst interacting with our Services, we are also providing information on what we use the services for and links to their associated Privacy Policies.
The Third Party Services we use:
All application data (that is the data you create and add to Stitcht) is stored on Firebase. This data is never shared with any other services unless you explicitly choose to do so through the sharing options available in Stitcht.
Data shared to Third Party Services as detailed above may be stored on the servers of the associated Third Party Service.
We regularly backup your data that is held on Firebase to limit the risk of any loss of data.
We take reasonable measures to protect any personal information we may hold about you in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Our Services are not for use by children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13, we will delete such information. We can be informed of such event by emailing email@example.com
