1. This Promotion is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over,
except employees of Telegraph Media Group, Visit Dubai and Stitcht, their families,
agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
​
2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access, a valid email address, and a
video submission are required to enter. Entry is free, and video submissions should
be simple and relevant to the theme.
​
3. Promotion Period: This promotion will run on a rolling monthly basis. Each
monthly promotion period runs from 00:00 on the first day of the month to 23:59 on
the last day of the month. The first month will accept entries from 00:00 on 1st May
2025. We will provide 30 days’ notice of the final month of the promotion period.
​
4. To Enter: Upload your video to the Telegraph Media Group “What are the best
ways to get the most out of Dubai?” thread on Stitcht.
​
5. The Prize: 2 winners will be chosen at random at the end of every month during
the Promotion Period. Each winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher. Vouchers
must be used before the expiry date printed on the voucher, which will be a minimum
of 10 years from the date of issue.
6. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a
winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and
expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize, where applicable.
7. Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected using a computer process
that produces verifiably random results from all valid entries received during the
Promotion Period. This excludes any entries submitted by individuals or groups who
have been approached by Telegraph Media Group, Visit Dubai or Stitcht and have
contractual obligations or have received a separate incentive.
The prize draw will be conducted within 10 working days of the end of each monthly
Promotion Period.

8. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address
(mandatory) or social media account (optional) used on entry within 5 working days
of Winner Selection and must respond within 7 days to confirm eligibility and
acceptance of the Prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and award the Prize to a
reserve. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
9. Prize Acceptance: Winners will be notified within 28 days of acceptance to
arrange delivery of the Prize. If the Prize does not arrive within 28 days, winners
must inform the Promoter within a further 28 days by emailing support@stitcht.io.
Failure to do so may result in the Prize not being reissued.
10. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which:
a. Breach these Terms and Conditions;
b. Contain offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content;
c. Reference third-party brands, names, logos, or trademarks;
d. Promote political agendas;

11. Winner Details: Provided no objection is received, winners’ surnames will be
made available to anyone who emails support@stitcht.io within 4 weeks of Winner
Selection. Winners may object to this by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter will,
however, provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon
request.

12. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for
cash or other compensation. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the
Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of
equal or greater value.
13. If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to circumstances beyond the
Promoter’s control (including tampering, technical failures, fraud, natural disasters,
pandemics, war, etc.), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend
the Promotion.
14. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete
entries due to technical issues or other reasons. Proof of sending is not proof of
receipt.
15. The Promoter and associated parties will not be liable for any loss or damage
arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the Prize, except for
liability which cannot be excluded by law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by
negligence).
16. Entries must be made directly by the individual entrant. Bulk, automated, or
third-party entries will be disqualified. Entries using anonymous email services (e.g.,
GuerillaMail, Dispostable, Mailinator) are not permitted.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize in cases of fraud,
dishonesty or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
18. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

20. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and
promotional materials, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
21. Data Protection: Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the
administration of this Promotion and in accordance with Stitcht’s Privacy
Policy https://www.stitcht.io/privacy. Entrants’ data will not be shared with third
parties for marketing purposes without consent.

22. Intellectual Property: By submitting your entry and any accompanying material,
you hereby grant to the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-
licensable, worldwide and perpetual license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy,
publicly perform, display, translate, cut, edit, amend, adapt and create derivative
works of your entry (consistent with your privacy and application settings). To learn

23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
