1. The Best of Dubai prize draws are open to residents in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Employees of Telegraph Media Group Holdings Limited and its group companies (“Promoter”), Visit Dubai and Stitcht Limited (“Prize Provider”), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw are not eligible to enter.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final, and that the entrant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
3. The Best of Dubai prize draws will run on a rolling monthly basis. Each monthly prize draw runs from 00:00 on the first day of the month to 23:59 on the last day of the month. The first prize draw will run from 00:00 [Opening date] 2025. 30 days’ notice will be provided prior to the final prize draw start date.
4. To enter, entrants must upload a video answering the question “What are the best ways to get the most out of Dubai? Entries can be submitted via www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/explore-dubai/share-your-experiences/or https://telegraph.stitcht.io/visitdubai and entry is restricted to one per person. Entries must be in English, and videos must be longer than 60 seconds long, preferably portrait and with a good light source. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
5. All entries submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other prize draw.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which:
a. Breach these Terms and Conditions;
b. Contain offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content;
c. Reference third-party brands, names, logos, or trademarks;
d. Promote political agendas;
e. contain content produced with the assistance of ai;
f. is likely to deceive; or
g. contains illegal content or activity.
7. By entering the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that, to the extent legally permissible, you will assign absolutely with full title guarantee all right, title and interest in and to the videos (“IPR”) to the Promoter. Where it is not possible to assign the IPR to the Promoter, you agree to grant to the Promoter a fully paid up, royalty free, exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable licence to feature all, or any part of, the entry for any purpose as determined by the Promoter in their sole discretion in any of their publications, their websites (including social media websites) and/or in any promotional material connected to the Telegraph Media Group Visit Dubai campaign. Entrants will not receive remittance for such publication, though their work will be credited.
8. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winners will be drawn at random within 10 days of the closing date of each monthly prize draw. Subject to any objection by the winners, the winners’ surnames and where available, counties can be obtained by emailing “Best of Dubai [month] Prize Draw winners” to eipam@telegraph.co.uk within one month after the closing date of that month’s prize draw. The Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
9. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter by telephone or email within five days of the winners being drawn. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner, or should a winner be unable to accept the prize within seven days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. For each prize draw, two winning entrants will each win an Amazon voucher to the value of £100. Vouchers must be used before the expiry date printed on the voucher.
11. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. Should a prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
12. The prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
13. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity.
14. Entrants’ personal data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry. For information about how the Promoter uses personal data, please see:

15. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
16. The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prizes is the responsibility of the Prize Provider.
17. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
